- Green Superfood, chlorella, spirulina, wheatgrass, barley grass is a powerful way to alkalize your system and provide
potent immune building nutrition at the same time. You can purchase bulk and mix a superfood yourself or buy a mixed
green superfood supplement. It is good to consume this several times daily in juice or water to help keep the body
alkalized. This would also add excellent nutrition to your diet.
- Please avoid sugar, refined foods and any form of junk food. Please read labels. Bacteria loves sugar and you want to
starve off the bacteria as much as possible. This will also help you to benefit more from using Allimed.
